• Ships within 5-7 business days.

At Isla Solaia, we trust that you'll love your jewelry. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• We do not cover return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

How to Return

1. Email info@islasolaia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Securely package your item and ship it back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days.

Refunds 

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
